Lehmann PLC managing partner Walter Lehmann is teaching a course entitled “Museum Law and Ethics” at Case Western Reserve University Law School during the spring 2020 semester. The course will cover all aspects of museum law including museum organization and governance, personnel, facilities, collections management and funding. Lehmann has been an adjunct professor at a variety of institutions including Johns Hopkins University, George Washington University, and Mitchell Hamlin School of Law. He is a graduate of Williams College, William Mitchell Law School and George Washington University. Lehmann is currently writing a textbook on museum law tentatively titled “Museum Administration: Law and Practice.”
